College Student Rally
Date: 31st January 2008
Start Time: 2 PM
End Time: 4 PM
Flag Off Point: Mayajaal- East Coast Road
Finish Point: Mayajaal- U Turn after 6 KM ( Total Distance- 12 KM)
Event Brief:
Schools for India is conducting the International Cycle Race on the East Coast Road on the 31st January 2008. Over 500
colleges from across the country are being invited for the same.
Rules and Regulations:
• Open to all college students across India
• Maximum of 10 participants per college.
• Rally Type: Boys Individual / Girls Individual
• Cycles will be provided to all participants, you can bring your own gear less cycles as well
• Cycle Type: As provided by the organizer.
• First 500 registrations only (Open to boys and girls)
• No travel or Boarding or lodging will be provided. The participants should reach the venue on their own
• Registration Fee: INR 300 per participant.
The fee should be remitted in any UTI Bank Branch in favour of “Schools for India Trust” – Account Number: 2110 1010 0051

• Prize Money: Boys: I place: INR 3,000, I place: INR 2,000, 5 Runner Up prizes – Rs.500 each
Girls: I place: INR 3,000, II place: INR 2,000,5 Runner Up prizes – Rs.500 each
• All registrations with the registration fee shall be sent along with the application on or before 16th January 2008.
Registrations received after the 16th January 2008 will not entertained.
• All participants must report at the German Hall, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-600017 on 18th January 2008 at
1400hrs for the pre- event briefing.
• The participating students are responsible for the upkeep of the cycles provided at the venue.
• Water will be available at the venue. Energy drink will be provided for the participants alone. No refreshments will be
provided for the cheering squad and members accompanying the participants

3. Medical Certificate attested by a registered doctor
4. Blood Group Report
5. Photocopy of challan of the registration fee remitted to the UTI Bank
6. One additional passport size photograph (for identity card)
Terms & Conditions:
01. Registration fee once remitted to the Trust will not be refunded.
02. All the participants are insured by the organizers for any injury during the event. Prize money will be issued as a
cheque.
